Dear Jane,

If you are Reggie's daughter then I think we met many years ago at Horsham, at my grandfather, Ernest Wightwick's house. He was one of the directors with Lionel and Reggie Windover. Your father used to visit him quite regularly before he died and I am sure you came with him on one ocassion. I believe this was from Angmering-on-Sea. I visited the factory at Hendon, with my grandfather, and also met Lionel in Devon during the late 1960's or early 1970's. I have all my grandfather's information, photographs and brochures relating to Windovers including C S Windovers coloured brochure of carriages which may be of interest to you. If you would like to contact me please do so at the above address.

With kind regards,

Graham Polley.

Do you have any leads on Windovers records from the 1920s? My family is in the process of resoring a 1927 Rolls-Royce/Widovers all weather touring and have long struggled to find records on the coach or its history. Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks!
